Gov. Beshear: National Office Furniture to Create 40 New Jobs in Danville

National Office Furniture Inc., a subsidiary of Kimball International Inc. (NASDAQ: KBAL), which designs and manufactures office furniture, will invest $530,000 in its Danville facility, Gov. Steve Beshear announced today. The investment will create 40 jobs and increase the location's production capabilities.

"Kimball has been producing quality furnishings at its Danville facility for more than 15 years, and I'm glad to see the company's footprint in Kentucky continue to grow," said Gov. Beshear. "Nearly anyone using offices, meeting rooms, hotels, health-care settings, libraries, lounges or study areas has worked from and appreciated Kimball's products. It is great to know that Kimball will add to its Boyle County workforce and production with this latest announcement."
